How it works

Step 1

Sign in or create an account

Use your email and password. Only verified DSS customers can start a remote session.

Step 2

Start a session

Choose to run the helper once, or install it permanently for faster future support. A fresh session ID is generated each time.

Step 3

Share the ID with our team

Read the session ID to your DSS support agent. They connect from their browser — nothing for you to forward.

Step 4

You stay in control

You can see the session the whole time. Close the helper (or your tab) and the connection ends instantly.

Your privacy matters. A remote session only happens when you start it and share the ID. Our agents can never connect without that one-time code, and you can end the session at any moment.
